Welcome to the heart of our practice - our incredible team

We’re a close-knit team of passionate children’s naturopaths who love to collaborate, share ideas, and support each other to provide the best possible care for your child. Each of us brings a unique blend of expertise, ongoing education, and hands-on experience that creates a rich, supportive environment.

We each have our areas of passion that we love to dive deep into (and nerd out about, it’s true!) - from PANS and OCD, to eczema and infant health. This shared knowledge helps us stay on top of the latest research and support each other in delivering holistic, comprehensive care.

When we say we work as a team, we really mean it. Whether we’re brainstorming together in our weekly team meetings or collaborating with external specialists, you can know that every aspect of your child’s care is considered. At the end of the day, we do what we do for one reason - to help your child thrive. Now, let’s introduce you to the people making that happen!

Meet Kate

Kate is the founder of the clinic and a passionate, experienced paediatric naturopath who’s dedicated to supporting children and their families. As a mum of two little ones herself, she knows exactly what the daily juggle looks like and brings that real-life understanding into her work every day.

Kate has a special interest in supporting children with PANS and PANDAS, and works extensively with kids experiencing tics, OCD, anxiety, and other complex concerns. She also loves working with neurodivergent children and their families, helping to gently navigate challenges like emotional regulation, behaviour, sleep struggles, and selective or restrictive eating.

At the heart of her approach is a strong focus on the gut-brain connection - the idea that when we support the gut, we’re also supporting mood, cognition, immunity, and overall wellbeing. Kate uses advanced functional testing, including microbiome and nutrigenomic analysis, to get to the root of what’s going on and create targeted, personalised treatment plans.

Meet Maddie

Maddie is a qualified naturopath and postnatal doula with a big heart for supporting mums, bubs, and growing families. She’s especially passionate about helping children struggling with eczema, asthma, constipation, frequent colds, tummy troubles, or emotional ups and downs.

With extra training in maternal and infant health, Maddie brings a deep understanding of the whole family picture. She knows that when one person isn’t feeling their best, it can ripple through the whole household — and she’s here to help bring things back into balance.

Maddie is all about making wellness simple and achievable. With two kids of her own — one in school, one still in the toddler stage — she understands that what works on paper doesn’t always work in real life. That’s why she meets families where they’re at, offering tools and guidance that empower them to feel confident and in control of their child’s health journey.

Meet Denise

Denise brings a wealth of experience in administration and a genuine love for helping others, and she’s the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If something needs doing, Denise is probably already on it - with a smile!

With three children of her own, Denise understands the ups, downs, and everyday magic that comes with raising kids - which makes her the perfect fit in a clinic that supports families. In her spare time (ha!), she’s also studying and nearing the end of her Bachelor of Health Science degree majoring in Naturopathy. So when you’re getting a reply or support from Denise, you can trust it comes with genuine care, lived experience, and a growing depth of naturopathic knowledge.

Outside of study and family life, you’ll find her out in the garden, walking barefoot on the beach, or planning her next travel adventure. Whether she’s enjoying a quiet morning by the sea or laughing around the dinner table, Denise finds joy in life’s simple, soul-nourishing moments.
